One-on-One Care

All of our treatments include one-on-one support from start to finish. A dedicated staff member stays with you throughout each session to ensure your safety, comfort, and response to treatment.

This intensive protocol provides a focused, evidence-based approach designed to reset the nervous system and alleviate persistent pain. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, and we maintain open communication with your referring provider to ensure continuity of care.

Treatment Options

  • Mood Disorders Treatment Protocol (IV or IM)

Most patients begin with an initial series of six 40-minute ketamine infusion treatments over 2 to 3 weeks (known as the induction or stabilization phase), followed by maintenance (booster) treatment every 1 to 3 months, based on individual needs. Each appointment is 90 minutes in length to allow for adequate recovery time. Treatment plans are personalized for each patient, as everyone responds differently. Multiple series may be needed to achieve the best results.

Ketamine infusion therapy is an effective option for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression (TRD), anxiety, PTSD, OCD, postpartum depression (PPD), premenstrual mood disorder (PMDD), and other mood-related conditions.

Please note: Ketamine treatment is elective, and results may vary. Ongoing care and communication with your provider are required throughout the process.

  • Spravato® Treatment

Spravato® is a self-administered nasal spray given under medical supervision in a certified treatment center. Each visit lasts about 2 hours to allow for monitoring and recovery. The induction phase is twice weekly for the first four weeks. The maintenance phase is conducted on a weekly or every-other-week basis, depending on individual response rates. Vital signs and mental status exams are closely monitored by medical staff during each session.

Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray used to treat treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or behaviors in adults. It is a form of esketamine, a close relative of ketamine, and is used in combination with an oral antidepressant. Spravato® works differently from traditional antidepressants by targeting the brain’s glutamate system, offering a rapid reduction in depressive symptoms often within hours or days. This makes it a powerful option for individuals who have not responded to standard medications.

  • Pain Management Protocol

Most patients begin with an initial series of four ketamine infusions given over four consecutive days. Each appointment is 6 hours in length, allowing time for the infusion and recovery. Our ketamine infusion protocol is designed to target neuropathic pain that has not responded to traditional therapies. Conditions commonly treated include phantom pain, complex regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, and neuropathy.

  • Medication Management

Medication management is a critical component of psychiatric care that involves the thoughtful and evidence-based use of medications to treat mental health conditions.

Ongoing medication management involves initiating treatment, monitoring its effectiveness, adjusting it as needed, educating patients, collaborating with therapists and primary care providers, and empowering patients to take an active role in their treatment.

Medication management is not one-size-fits-all, it’s an evolving partnership between the patient and provider, built on trust, safety, and mutual respect.
